Exclusive and author design of sections is one of the unusual projects for the fourth and fifth buildings of the second phase of Pasichnyy construction project.

We strive to make each our next building more interesting than the previous one. That is why we improve ourselves and look for new forms and decisions. We decided to experiment and chose creative approach in decorating our sections. In our new buildings that are going to be put in commission this year we used:

• exquisite green colour of walls;
• neon carpet strip that will lead from the entrance door to the elevator. When a person comes into a section it will automatically light up their way.
• LED-lights and movement-detecting sensors for energy saving.

And in addition there is a big mirror in the hall and a picture on the wall in the room for storage of baby carriages that will make adults smile and cheer up children.
